The easy money is gone in most of those places, but you may be able to find corners of the US that have not seen as much out of town money come in due to the remote nature or lack of a good airport nearby.

The airport expansion is one of the largest and most expensive projects currently that the city has ever seen due to an influx of travelers. 

Lewisville, prices are not too high but lots of potential renters in that area, also close to the airport.

Part of why we have access to such a large parcel is because we own the 2 adjacent properties, so both of the backyards merge into 1 larger one.  

My main concerns are the proximity with an airport, reliance on Boeing jobs, and long commute to/from Seattle & Redmond.

The adjacent property to the left is zoned R1 and the one on the right is zoned R2. 

My PM went to their places (they are adjacent to each other) and had a conversation with them and they tried to give him the run around again about the rent,...then he called me while he was there and put me on speakerphone,...they tried the same nonsense with me verbally and kept changing their story.

The properties across the street and adjacent to me are worth about 290-310k (I picked the worst house in a good neighborhood).
