Six months is considered balanced.Based on the above market statistics, what conclusions would you draw about this market?

I'm still learning but that is the conclusion I've come to.

A bad inspector creates a lot uncertainty, which leads to fear and the buyer coming to the conclusion of worst case scenario.

I think you misinterpreted the point of my original post...I wasn't arguing that your conclusion (flipping holds more financial risk then B&H or wholesaling) was incorrect; I was arguing that your entire premise (that risk is the main factor in choosing an investment strategy) was misguided.And, I don't believe that you really buy your premise either.  

My own conclusion is that the Bible does not prohibit debt, but never describes it as positive nor depicts it as God’s way of providing (described as a curse in Deuteronomy and bondage in Proverbs).I attempt to do life (which includes business) in the manner in which I believe God has promised to bless, and have never been disappointed.Congratulations to you guys becoming debt free!

We all have our own biases towards markets, so I would do my own research and come up with a conclusion.

And state laws are very different on this nation wide.Once I came home (Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati area), I came to the conclusion that building would be better in my area because Kentucky does not have a category for this residential space.

Currently, I write down my rationale primarily in bullet points to help me list what assumptions/conclusions I'm making based off what data or indicators.
