If they can have a washer/dryer, they will bring in the entire clan's laundry, and charge their friends to to do laundry there - the machines will run 24/7 nonstop.

AND we spent 2 months at the cabin ourselves throughout the year (mostly when no one was booked during low season).We didn't purchase this cabin just to create a vacation rental machine, we also wanted to enjoy it ourselves and so I'm sure you can see much better numbers spending $100 - $150k less.

Dual cleanouts are a good idea, because they not only keep the dirty sewer machine out of the house, they can also clear the pipe both directions.

First, a macerating toilet that can use the drain pipe the washing machine used to use ($3,400 including the Liberty Ascent II toilet) or an ejector pump, which would be installed in the storage room on the other side of the wall; the pump option would of course require jack-hammering to create the pump pit ($1,200, I would supply the toilet).
