So for us, contacting the Plant Managers or CEOs of these companies are key to getting the word out to potential tenants - and those are easily accessed via Linked In.Also, the Chamber of Commerce will have that info - as a member, you have access to that info as well.I would also look at the Glendale Association of Manufacturers, or some such group like that - here again, a membership gives you access to all the right info, then mail or call away.I certainly would want to get it all filled with one tenant, but don't be averse to two or three smaller tenants seeking expansion room.Just some ideas and angles to ponder.

Everyone else cobbles together data from places like city-data.com Trulia's crime map, and the numerous school district sites, as well as standard MLS memberships.

In places like Florida, they have these POA’s, like River Ranch Acres and Holopaw Suburban Estates for example; River Ranch is 75,000 acres, and how it works is if your name is on a deed to any parcel inside of RR and if you also pay a yearly POA membership fee of $145, then you have free range access to all 75k acres.

With regard to scenario 2) above, the DOS would be triggered by the transfer from the trust to the LLC, even if the trust has 100% membership interest in the LLC, just as it would be triggered if I transferred my mortgaged property in my own name to my own LLC in which I own 100% of the membership interests.
