I want to get properties that increase my cash flow and continue to do so so that I can replace my job in less than 5 years.I'm looking at buy to lets in NZ to get my feet wet but am looking at trying to find out which regions yield great rents based on the purchase price.I attended the rich dad education 3 day seminar last weekend and found the workshop very useful however I wasn't going to do the mentor ship for $37,500.I'm after any information, contacts, networking there is to start me on my journey.I'm eager to learn as much information as I can and put it hard work to make it happen.Thank you all

I see some of this as deflationary to larger cities in the same way shipping jobs overseas was deflationary to a lot of jobs like call centers and IT.I don't know what's going to happen, but from an outside view something doesn't seem quite right when the wages are so far from the average.

@Tyler Frost there are plenty of imported lines where everything is stocked here, and you shouldn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for additional parts, if you are in middle of a job (at least my customers don’t wait that long), most of the add ins can be shipped via UPS, and released from the factory within a day or two.

@Wendy Jiang I prefer Lowes because they keep the biggest stock and have the fastest shipping time between their store and the closest warehouse as compared to the local Home Depot.
