If yes, could the transaction be structured so that the seller was given a membership interest in the LLC that is purchasing the property?

TLDR: I seek input on roommate rooms in a house hack situation.I am a Seattle-based investor, and all my properties are house-hacking situations, now called Co-living spaces.I am currently focusing on creating a more professional template for “Rules and Regulations” as well as processes and procedures.Can anybody here share the rules or some of the rules they have in place in their roommate agreement or Co-living membership rules?

Your best bet is to find one that has flexible membership options, without high spend requirements.

As an example, I live in NY, and when I was inspecting a Pennsylvania property (short sale), via my membership, I was having conversations with a law firm in that exact Pennsylvania county where the property was located, and they were reviewing the short sale docs, and available anytime I had a followup question.

Find one that can be custom to your needs, has flexible pricing, no long-term, high-cost memberships, and excellent customer services to determine how to best market to your leads.

As a matter of fact I was not even going to write a review except after I ask them to cancel my membership because I did not want to be charged 197.00 a month to keep their software they sent me a docusign basically saying that no matter if I find a deal because of them or not I would have to split it with them .
