What is the best service to use for skip tracing?

C'mon people! Ned, I've seen you post on other skip threads. It's not what I'm willing to pay. There's dozens of skip trace sites, prob sourcing from the same company/ies, which of those are the best bang for the buck. Actually the bang is all around 90% the same, so it's the buck that will determine this. We poor newbies need a simple comparison. Please, PLEASE, don't make me have to do it myself and post up a comprehensive list for BP!
