Unless there is some very solid evidence that this is some boyfriend/girlfriend underage issue that came up, I'm gonna pass..... not worth the riskAs stated by @Cara Lonsdale.... the best thing you can do to protect yourself is set a policy that is legal (i.e no discrimination against a protected class) and stick with it....PERIOD.

Although there was no visible evidence of termite infestation, there was “evidence of previous treatment”.I inquired what the previous treatment was and after a bit of back and forth got the following response:-The evidence seen of that were drill holes from that previous treatment.
