Account Closed , if you simply answer your phone every time it rings, you will be leaps and bounds ahead of the pack.

But so many brokers just toss something on the MLS and wait for the phone to ring.  

Just in case this does work and the phone does start ringing here and there i'm going to get my head back into the forums and books to prepare.
