I did it. I sourced a leads list and ordered some postcards to be sent out 02/25/2016. 893 leads on the list I currently have together. Targeting absentee owners for this marketing push. I think now i'm more afraid someone will actually call, haha. Thanks for all the information BP. You guys are awesome! Here's to a better 2016.

Update: Postcards went out last Thursday and I got my first two calls today. Even better, the first call might be an actual deal. I'm still blown away that this actually works. A very helpful BP member is helping me work through this hopefully on the way to closing my first deal out.
