A simple zillow search of rental comps near your target property will show what other similar sized units are going for as well as how much more/less is being charged for newer units or units that have more/less amenities (washer dryer, storage, etc.)

Thank you for your interest its appreciated1. yes I pay to upgrade  the listing 2. my location is centrally located, free parking om premise, free use of washer & dryer, large living area and kitchen.

Both units were gut renovated in 2017 and have in unit washer dryers. 

Prior to this year, I had only 1 guest who was here on work and not vacation.

Safe, quiet, no mold or water damage, (since I was forced to move out of my last place because of water damage and mold), hard surface floors preferred though I am willing to look at units with carpeting, washer and dryer close or in the unit, since I have mobility issues, dishwasher as well (same reason) and if possible, full bath (not just shower), and if possible a window that opens in the bathroom so I can air it out and help eliminate mold and mildew buildup. 

My houses have a kitchen, washer and dryer. 

I would provide all the furnishings, (he already has the big appliances; washer, dryer, range, fridge), small appliances, linens, beds, couches, chairs, etc. 

I’m considering purchasing coin-operated washer and dry for a 4plex.  

@AJ Satcher    Ok, so the ad, no washer dryer picture, no picture of the whole bath just a separate shower and sink picture so they can't see the space, no picture of their entrance from outside.
