The basics are not hard to learn and it doesn't take that much time to grasp the understanding of why and how things are done.Then you can select what area of real estate is best for you, but trying to do just one thing you'll be like the horse with blinders on passing by opportunities. 

So often people put the cart in front of the horse, they market the hell out of their website, to find that their website isn't converting those leads - what a waste of money.

I would say my dad can retire but he loves to work, he is a work horse, and I will more than likely be the same way as I get older and older.

I highly suggest attending a class to get your questions answered from the horses mouth.By the way, all tax lien sales should be delivered with free and clear titles. 

I stalled out after that because I quit my W-2 and couldn't get loans anymore so I worked on other businesses instead.The problem is that for tax purposes, the rentals make a small spread over the expenses.  

Another is they make a partial deposit to stall an eviction for non-payment.

Obviously this stalls any rehab project.

They know the system and stall court hearings and end up staying in the house free for months.
