I have looked into multi family but I just cant justify the absurd taxes on anything larger then a duplex. 

I don't get on any site with my user name being my real name and I don't give false names, only on BP. 

However; I don't think you should make what amounts to a false offer, knowing full well you have no intention of paying that price, and then put pressure on a seller to take less based on a bids that don't seem to be legitimate.
