I have been crossing my fingers on whether the broker/agent will let me have the "esca[e clause" (and I hate to have that in my contract" and the 3 weeks for me to find a buyer.

I do pick up a vibe of valuing lifestyle, family, etc over industry, etc but it's hard for me to make a cultural statement or put my finger on what changes there to encourage the wage situation to turn around. 

Remember, you make (or lose) your money when you buy, and in our market, it is hard to find a sane deal.I have completed exactly one flip, and really even that one is still not closed (pending under contract, keeping fingers crossed nothing gets fouled up with the buyers financing).

Wet finger in the air based on photos and not knowing what hvac looks like 20-30k repairs and you'll probably lose tenants during the rehab so account for 50% vacancy year one.

And I got my fingers crossed but I think there is some slight advantage of HKD buying into the GBP (for now at least), than the USD ^^I'm a newbie REI, hope to contribute to BP and learn from everyone.
