I am a new member to Bigger Pockets and just stumbled across this post.

So between working remote, day trading a little money in the stock market, and living my best quarantine life I stumbled upon this thread again... 

I'm so happy to have stumbled upon BP through the Madfientist podcast and now, I'm addicted to listening to all of the BP podcast!  

Definitely the expensive route but worth a try for 3 months.Let me know if you need any specific copy-writing help.Also, check out the local flyers in your neighborhood -- those ones you see in 7-eleven (they are usually free) and its pretty cheap to run ads in there as well.I recently stumbled upon https://www.reifax.com/I plan on checking this out asap, and seeing how this may benefit us as well.I'd recommend reading all of J Scott's (from Bigger Pockets) books about Flipping Properties. 

Grow up, and change your name in settings so none of your future clients stumble upon this thread. 

We stumbled into our RE investments for good reasons that have little to do with wanting to be RE professional investors, but as we're deep into RE, I'm trying to educate myself to maximize the long term value of our RE investments.

I stumbled upon AirBnB'ing while finding properties for another Investor.  

It's of course possible that you stumbled onto a "lemon", but the biggest learning I take out of your story is actually something that folks like @Jon Holdman here keep emphasizing (and rightly so): make sure you have enough reserves to weather significant unexpected expenses.
