Newbie investor in Chicago

Hi all,

I'm a newbie investor in the Chicago area and just stumbled onto this forum.  So much great content here.  Since I have a pretty intense day job that requires quite a bit of travel -- I'm interested in a lower maintenance, buy and rent out strategy.  So far, I have purchased 2 properties this year - 1 in Noble Square and 1 in UK Village.  Would love to acquire another 1 or 2 in 2017.

I'm looking forward to reading through posts on BP, but would love to grab coffee with anyone in the area who have more experience with this and pick your brain (my treat!).  Let me know - I live in Wicker Park and work downtown in the Loop.

Cheers!
