New Member from Indiana

Hey BP! My name is Josh Batic, I'm 22 years old, and I live outside of Indianapolis, Indiana where I intend to invest. I am currently finishing my bachelors degree in accounting and finance at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. I work part time at a small, family owned, manufacturing company. My career goal, as of right now, is to find an entry level accounting position (related to real estate) while I prepare for the CPA exam.

In December of 2016 I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Ever since then I have been on fire to learn as much about real estate as possible. This is when I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets. I have been consistently listening since January of this year (2017) and I have finally decided to join BP!  My real estate related goal is to purchase and "house hack" my first multifamily rental property by the end of 2018. I am eager to learn as much possible, network, and grow with this great community!
