What if she goes into a nursing home and the nursing home places a lien on the property?

I am currently a full-time nurse which can allow a lot of time for another job.

I'm a certified dementia practitioner, and have extensive sales and marketing contacts in the area we would be opening in from my background in home care marketing and Senior Living sales, where I also hired and trained caregivers.

Some jurisdictions have limits on how many unrelated tenants can be renting in the same property.If that’s good, maybe consider going for travel nurse since it’s close to a hospital.

I originally wanted to target travel nurses but they have not been realistic with pricing.

I've spoken with Furnished Finders, who said the demand for such a large house is low (because nurses usually travel solo).

Is it travel nurse, college student, digital nomad, seasonal worker at a local company, etc.?
