Part-time jobs to learn about Real Estate

Hello BP Family! I am have been learning about REI for about a year now while saving as much money as I can. For the past few months I have become more diligent as the days pass but due to the pandemic it is harder to get to know people who are in the business. Are there any part-time jobs that can "justify" those interactions and at the same give me hands-on experience? I am currently a full-time nurse which can allow a lot of time for another job.
