Residential Assisted Living Feedback

Hi, everyone. My husband and I are looking into residential assisted living/memory care as our next venture. I'm a certified dementia practitioner, and have extensive sales and marketing contacts in the area we would be opening in from my background in home care marketing and Senior Living sales, where I also hired and trained caregivers. We also have real estate investing experience. I see there have been some people posting in Bigger Pockets about residential assisted living but most of the posts seem to be a couple of years ago, so I would love to hear from some of you who are doing it now in 2020 and into 2021, and how it's been going.
