A little bit about what I have going on now:1 Self storage facility with 36 units, 2 small "warehouses", 2 offices, and 2 conference rooms, 1 2000sf mobile home (need pricing to come down 100k first 80% occupancy)1 Self storage facility with 3 locations and 300+ units with 96% occupancy ( deals is great, out of my price range unless I can get creative)1 Mobile home park with 60+ units and 90% with renters expecting a rent increase. 50% pad rent 50%are portfolio owned trailers Would enjoy hearing some thoughts

Et Al:For agents/brokers running a property management business under 100 doors...it is a financial loss, therefore there is a strong incentive to churn every last dime out of the business (padding estimates etc. is not uncommon).
