A little bit about what I have going on now:1 Self storage facility with 36 units, 2 small "warehouses", 2 offices, and 2 conference rooms, 1 2000sf mobile home (need pricing to come down 100k first 80% occupancy)1 Self storage facility with 3 locations and 300+ units with 96% occupancy ( deals is great, out of my price range unless I can get creative)1 Mobile home park with 60+ units and 90% with renters expecting a rent increase. 50% pad rent 50%are portfolio owned trailers Would enjoy hearing some thoughts

I left, asked for my money back, and I'm sure they marked me as a "successful student" to pad their numbers.

Also look at HOT Pads and compare with all of the other rentals on the market in your neighborhood. 

After a couple weeks and a couple sets of knee pads, I had finished the flooring and my home was starting to come together and look really like a home.Previous to my live-in flip, I was renting nearby.

The Fire Marshall had to inspect it and I had to do a few things like add a deck to both doors and pour a concrete parking pad.

I use a product called Pad Hawk that I found as they are a BP sponsor.

So now he saying his money is caught up.Furthermore he told my sister that his wife saw a mouse and they've moved all of their things besides the bedroom out.

Et Al:For agents/brokers running a property management business under 100 doors...it is a financial loss, therefore there is a strong incentive to churn every last dime out of the business (padding estimates etc. is not uncommon).
