I don't have all the fancy connections like they recommend at BP, I just use MLS, and craigslist and a pretty decent realtor.  

Best thing is they'll make all the pretty and fancy graphs for you.As far as other statistics in regards to job growth, rental rates, etc. goes, the most convincing place for you to look is always going to be the news.

Basically a neighborhood you could see yourself living in happily but isn't anything fancy.

If you're certain you want to retire in this area and are looking to purchase that home now, I think you'd be better off leasing it normally, and using your cash flow to stay at a vacation rent in the area when it suits your fancy.

Investing in storage facilities may not have the same appeal as buying a fancy shopping center or luxury apartment complex but that doesn’t mean they don't make good investments.

It is not an A-class property, it does not have to be anything fancy.

They all have fancy business cards and slick domain names though. 

Property prices are 40-50 and probably to cost to dress them up is another 10K.

I dont know what a construction analyst is, sounds like a fancy term for a project manager.

Get the raw data and you do not need fancy "evaluation tools"!
