So after say 5 years, when you've bought a total of say three 4-plexes, only the latest one would have the PMI attached to it.And if you're putting aside all their cash flow, to build up your deposits quicker, it shouldn't be too long before you could put sufficient deposit down for the next one - to then skip FHA altogether!

There were some questions around the parking situation (on our end) and we just found out that the seller's realtor did not provide the site plan for the latest amendment, which shows 1 large deeded spot.
