@Robin Morales I started investing in Tempe due to the proximity to Arizona State University ( one of the largest universities in the nation and only continues to grow), then worked my way to Old Town Scottsdale where we have the Entertainment District and lots of local attractions and events.

just google Hard money lender Honolulu  there are 3 or 4 that will pop up .I have a friend there that may entertain a private money loan.. but he is uber picky  Also you can check with Conventus in SF  I referred a few folks from Honolulu to them and they funded.again very good rates but very conservative LTV's etc.

I don't know why you would want to Invest in a Short Term Rental away from the Beaches or the Business and Entertainment areas in Tampa Bay.

I entertained buying it at the time but didn't want to spread myself to financially thin as I was still rehabbing my FLIP.
