So, if you must use VAs, make sure they have your calendar and can SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS on that call.

I also manage a network of over-seas contractors for multiple different trades like web developers, classified posters, VAs, telemarketers, etc...I have been a landlord of over 18 units in Baltimore, wholesaled over 70 deals, completed 4 rehabs and who know how many retail transactions as a Realtor.

Seems like you her a lot of people that really scale up the business do a lot with call centers or VAs taking calls and pre screening.Do you know how well this guy was pre screening?

I discovered that you can actually have multiple VAs (as long as the property is your primary residence for at least one year) up to a certain threshold (~400k).
