What is the vehicle traffic count in front of the center?

The traffic is insane in this area.

(My commute is 40 min on average w/o traffic) Plus, when you look farther south you'll have a better cash on cash return.

The people who are buying traffic on Google are buying the attention of people who are typing in very specific problems into Google, and they are able to turn these problems into solutions.   

I know these areas have lower income residents and higher crime but should also be considered as it relates to Amazon due to the flow of traffic during rush hour.

Traffic vehicle flow #s are high.

The most difficult task I foresee for myself is just finding a tenant, screening, showings, and placing the tenant in the home as I'll be living about 1.5 hours away (2+ hours pending the Los Angeles traffic) and work a full time job.

You can not write good content without KNOWING WHAT YOUR TRAFFIC WANTS TO READ!

Websites will generate leads on their own using SEO, which takes 3 to 6 months.Initially you need to drive traffic to your site using paid traffic such as Google Adwords and FB Paid ads. 

My personal favorites are near the traffic corridors, places like Summerville Place, off of Miles Jameson road, which is just off of Ladson road.
