We broom sweep daily, keep all materials in their appropriate locations, and discard garbage in trash bags or disposal bins (if present).

With only one can for regular garbage, it's a lot heavier than separated out to 3 cans if each tenant handles their own, and I no longer have cans, some with hardly any garbage in it, blown over and worst still, into the street.These triplexes normally come with one driveway, so the guy that handles garbage usually gets it for free if he sweeps the sidewalk.

I still think it may exist on a state level in states like ca and ny where the laws are more tenant friendly but at least it isn’t as sweeping to states where landlords have more freedom.
