Not sarcasm - I'm also serious on the dis-service I think wholesalers do to sellers, most of who are at a disadvantage.As a broker I'm required to disclose all pertinent info and I don't decide what the seller (or buyer) needs to know or not know.I find all these traits sorely lacking in the few wholesalers I've turned in.
