I'm going to disagree emphatically with @Steve Morris if you are in the wrong, tenants (and most (non-disordered) people) will respect you, if you apologize and fix the problem.

I've been driving for dollars, writing down the addresses of distressed properties - the ones that stick out like a sore thumb within a neighborhood of nice/really nice houses.I get home and look them each up on zillow and then on the county's audit wesbite.

Not sarcasm - I'm also serious on the dis-service I think wholesalers do to sellers, most of who are at a disadvantage.As a broker I'm required to disclose all pertinent info and I don't decide what the seller (or buyer) needs to know or not know.I find all these traits sorely lacking in the few wholesalers I've turned in.
