My conclusion is a water conscious tenant would spend about $65/month in water and sewer, though I know of at least a couple of tenants I estimate were costing the park up to $165/moth.

Without the gritty details I wouldn’t jump to conclusions that it will cost that much.

If I find out it was their fault, I explain to them nicely what lead me to that conclusion, if not I will pay it.
