Soft closing cabinets- I feel that these save the cabinet's lives ...5.

Soft surfaces absorb and hold smell.

I’m especially thinking of hand soap, body wash, coffee, and then towels and sheets as needed.Have you considered how you plan to manage pricing and messaging?

@Zack Berridge  Soft costs are never linear, but it's nice to know what amount you need to save to cover your costs.

I am guessing that the algorithm uses that metric to, well, boost the rating.EDIT - Either way, I would trash that listing and start over. 3.7 stars?

@Paul Moore I have subscribed to Wellings Capital emails and have just gotten the introductory welcome with a myriad of free resources including the eCourse on CRE. 

But when I have stayed at some Airbnb's, even highly reviewed ones, they provide one roll of toilet paper, and ask you to provide your own, same with paper towels.
