Hi there, I am building a 3 bed 2 bath vacation rental in Sauble Beach, Ontario.

I'm currently on track to get my real estate license this month and am eager to dive into house flipping and real estate investing in the West Palm Beach area. 

I'm looking for a property near the beach. price between 100k-200k.

It's not a great beach destination.

I'm also in Virginia ,  Hampton Roads, Virginia Beach area but I am always happy to help

I just shy away from places without strong established tourism markets i.e. growing urban areas, national parks, beaches etc.

Is there any silver lining to this proposal or it would it truly in fact be a large blow to the real estate community?
