Can shed some light.

I was recently reading different articles about interest rates and their fluctuations and I was wondering if someone could shed some light on the resilience of the owner financing space when the interest rates go up.

I haven't been able to find any applicable properties in my area (southeastern MA) and even searched several other states and found nothing.Does anyone know anything about this program that could shed some light for me?

I feel really having in depth conversations with like minded individuals that can shed light from similar past situations s the best way to work through these challenges. 

Can anyone familiar with FHA 2/1 Buy Down Program shed a little light. 

If anyone could shed some light on how they started their partnership (being an LLC or tenants in common) would be much appreciated.

I am considering building this as a large shed with separate 10x10 spaces.

Example: a tenant used a pile of leftover bricks behind a shed, that were of no value, to construct a very nice sand-based patio in a spot of the yard near the house that has always struggled to have anything grow there.

I don't understand why the city refuse to give me water, which is hindering the progress of my project.Could someone please shed some light on this issue and how to go  about rectifying this problem?

There is an unfinished large shed out back with water and electric hook ups.
