The rest is luck: did it rain that weekend and did we have the right buyers walk through the door, to push the winning offer just the last bit.. you can't control that. 

But for sure don't come in pushing back on real advice when your feelings get hurt, understand that's apart of the process.

@Michael Brattelli - I agree, quality over quantity, which is why I pushed the quality issue with BP, and that scared them off 

I would still push through and do a few deals before selling.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

What is pushing you toward wholesaling? 

That sounds terrible, that I have thousands in PALs that keep getting pushed forward (unless I sell off a property) but if I sell some stocks off in 10 years, that counts as capital gain. 

The PM has not given us any support on this, instead has been pushing us to agree to the $1,700. 

A few years from now when all the dumb money that doesn't know how to underwrite washes out that may not be true anymore. 

It might be a wash when you add up all those additional costs.
