I do believe we have a good property manager and the photos and description of the listing are well done, so not sure what else to do at this point.

Should you decide to do this full time and do more than 1 flip at a time, private lending and fix&flip loans will be the way to go.

@Katie Southard This is the floor plan. there is another but that does not have a separate car garage and has private entrance only from the side.

You will find like minded investors, vendors, private money…etc. good luck!

Credit cards have the same limitation on the amount you can borrow and will likely end up costing more than private lenders.

The two most common exemptions are the exemption for intrastate offerings and the exemption for private placements.

This is a good way to see old photos, bedroom accounts, utilities, etc.. they may also be able to help u check if it's in a flood zone.

We would love for you to post photos and proof of where exactly we were being shady so everyone can “see” what you’re talking about.
