So strange as they ghosted me

they usually say stick it in the bank.. so you can offer them a nice return above bank CDs and on an asset they already know and like etc..

I want to purchase my second property within 4-6 months of moving into my multifamily house hack, but looking for a guidance on the strategy to do so.

You pay 10% penalty plus taxes (lets say state and federal of 25%) - so you are paying $70k in taxes so your $200k is now $130k.

If so, what tools are you using?

Purchase price: $85,000 Cash invested: $60,000 My initial strategy for this deal was to flip it and sell it, but the market was unfavorable so I opted for the BRRRR strtategy instead.

So, rent minus ALL expenses that the PM paid - commission, lawn, water, maintenance, etc.

Could not find much online so figured I would turn to BP.

I also want to learn about other types of investment besides real estate so if you have any suggestions let me know. 

There are good relations with the neighbor so this likely wouldn't be terribly difficult to pull off, but I haven't ever developed a property from scratch so I would definitely like the opportunity to partner with someone on this to help ensure the success but first I want to finish the smaller property to have sufficient funding available if it is needed.
