The resident is wrong.DoJ and DoT do not recognize emotional support animals as service animals, which is why emotional support peacocks cannot fly on planes.

Hey @Mike Palmer,The East Coast of Central Florida is great for retirees who are planing in playing gulf and go to the beach. 

In the current Indy market, you will never win a deal if you have to get on a plane to come see it first. 

I am 7000 miles away so i cant jump on a plane and go back often.

Isn't the plane ticket, food, hotel and rental car a write off?

A car ride to Orlando would be much faster than a plane ride.
