Hello all.

As stated i live in Asia but own property in the US. Four of my properties are with a management company and the rest i handle from here.

My issue is that it is getting tougher and tougher to handle them from here. I have an up comming court case involving an eviction and they have a counter suite against me. I dont know what the counter suite is about yet but the court time is at 1:00 AM my time. I have also been having trouble finding contractors to fix different issues with my buildings. They all seem to be busy.

So i guess my question is, what do you guys do when my are removed from the property location. I am 7000 miles away so i cant jump on a plane and go back often. I dont want to move back to the states right now.

Also i need the properties for income.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Thank you in advance.
