Start with a loan from an investor if you want to or need to, and get some repetitions under your belt, and and you learn where your biggest opportunities are and where that overlaps with your passions and strengths.   

My wife is a Neuropsych, so somewhat overlapping fields.

They will be recorded together so that the title changes hands at the same time with no overlapping.

Find the overlap where both of you are happy...Of course, consult a qualified professional or two make sure your interests are covered and you have everything recorded properly.

@Ari HadarThere is some overlap, but the majority of the members seem to invest all over the U.S. 

This way there are no overlaps here, but if there is a partner supplying both credit and cash, then that's the 3rd part. 

In a big city, WiFi signal overlaps can be crazy and cause real problems.If you are close by to the rental, then WiFi will be just fine.
