I made my "in" through the gal at the front desk, as they see every transaction, and are generally speaking, more outgoing and willing to chat.The best advice I have ever heard, and this site repeats it over and over again, is just go do something, and the momentum will carry you to where you need to be.

Oh and BTW- I realize my parents had outgoing expenses over the 35 yrs of owning the condo (though no roof or exterior work came out of their pockets)- but I really did do out the math recently and it was around a conservative $275k profit plus appreciation.
