. , I am sorry I referred to you as Bob (was typing off line) in my post asking about a little more detail in your NPN if you were willing to share it's negative return (assumed) and perhaps what you think drove you into that position.  

Are you using online or offline tactics?

How do you track your adwords clicks and conversions from organic and offline stuff (my mailouts have my website all over them), or do you?

BTW was just interviewing prop mgt companies for a recent acquisition in the area and would be happy to share what we found offline.
