Most of the time, the home warranty takes a long time to approve your repair, reach the property, and then they use low-quality materials.

The one I am speaking with currently has not offered up any sort of contract so I am taking the lead on preparing something.  

The owner said he would sell but at a very high price.

If you rent in a high-crime area, I wouldn't suggest it.

If one has high living expenses, cash flow doesn't mean much and I definitely understand going for appreciation first.
