I'm a bit concern since they don't have the best jobs one works in restaurants and the other one is a actor.

The scenario you mention where they eventually screw me over, even if it's not a malicious thing, is my biggest concern.

Just about everything in our lives is regulated, but there are still bad actors in every profession.

First, favorable premium rates are given to homeowners for the inherit “pride of ownership” that comes with personally occupying a home.The second reason is that when a property is vacant, it is much more vulnerable and likely to have what the insurance world calls Vandalism and Malicious Mischief (VMM).

@Cynthia Brownlee It is difficult to get the sinkhole endorsement because of a few bad actors more than 10 years ago that helped clients file fraudulent claims.

A big angry dog can do a lot of damage, way more than a very little kid and equal to what a teenager or adult might do as malicious damage.

I am the worlds worst on how to run computers and such I just learned how to cut and paste a few years ago.. but I know a few things on BP if you want to respond and quote  up on the right there is a tab you hit it and it will say quote  or report ( that's for bad actors who have done something naughty and you want to turn them into the mods) but if you hit quote then you will automatically tag the other person.and or I think its @?

This is because every single market in the world is made up of irrational actors. 

I am not a crazy who will say one way or another that investing OOS is a terrible or a fantastic idea.There are definitely pitfalls of which you need to be mindful since there are a lot of bad actors in this space, but many people find decent returns in this space.
