Insuring an unoccupied home - New York State

My brother, sister, and I are taking care of an elderly aunt's house in western New York. She currently lives in an elder care facility and the home is unoccupied. My aunt believes that she will be able to move back into the house and she does not want to sell it.  We are slowly cleaning it with the idea that we will convince her to sell it sometime soon.

The problem is that the homeowner's insurance was just cancelled because the house is not occupied. Does anyone have recommendations for insurance coverage in this situation?

Thank you!
