Hi Dan, it could be a good start I think since you would be able to live rent free and start paying off the mortgage on this first property and / or start saving for buying another one.

I am a transplant but have been here about 5 years and throughout that time you understand the territorial nature and competition of all the Pittsburgh suburbs and subsets!

You should be able to do that and cash flow or at least live rent free while others pay for your place.Not a bad deal starting out right?

Both me and my wife are very happy to live rent free and since I work on a rotation I will be using a prop morg company to manage it while I'm away until she feels comfortable taking over.
