I'm looking to buy my primary residence in the Mount Mary area. I was just curious if anyone owned rental properties there (single families)? It seems like rent prices in Milwaukee are all over the place. Rentometer, craigslist, and zillow haven't been consistent. It only shows what people are asking for, not what is getting rented. It also gets skewed with apartments, duplexes, and single families. I can't get an accurate read. What are you getting for rent? Thanks!
