Hello from Dubai, I am looking to invest

Hello 

My name is Lindsey and I actually created an account a while ago but never used it.  So here I am,  finally it is time to get started.

I have been living in Dubai, UAE for the last 18 years yet I am originally from the UK.  I started off as a flight attendant with Emirates Airline and gradually through reading Rich Dad Poor Dad started investing in real estate.  Not only do I  now invest in real estate but I worked for quite a few years as a real estate agent too.  Property is my passion.

I am looking to invest in the USA, areas that produce good monthly passive income, capital gains is a bonus but not the driving factor.  Indianapolis seems to be a good area. 

I have visited the USA many times and really enjoy the country and its people.  We are hoping in time to move there too.

Any guidance appreciated.
