I have a friend who was in and out of them a year ago and he is now a small business owner doing well… long story short he told me of the cost and the immense potential for earnings if you do it right.

I think staying active on bp will help me immensely.

I get immense satisfaction looking at my personal balance sheet and watching it grow year over year.

From the lender's perspective, this is a scary thought and an IMMENSE risk on their investment.

(Probably 5k other posts on this in the search box)This is definitely a team sport so you'll need to surround yourself with the A-players who can add immense value during these crazy times.
