Can't really argue, places like Indianapolis, Columbus, Dayton, even Chicago (despite the higher Illinois taxes and…all the fun that comes along with Chicago) can pencil if you find the right property.On a different front, though, I ran a survey a week ago asking where people are looking to invest this year.

A fun thing I do: I host board games night every week to meet and connect with strangers. 

I'm particularly passionate about starting my journey and finding the best markets, but above most having fun and gaining experience along the way! 

If he says no then tell him to have fun walking further. 

Make it a process you enjoy and try to keep it fun!
