Back in August when I really got frustrated and asked for the update, owner partner Paul and Ross personally asked me to switch properties saying that county is giving them hard time and the triplex that they made me swap as per them already had two tenants in there (long term) and the one unit was to be rehabbed with a time line of 8-10 days and they assured all this in a detailed email.

It might be frustrating, but both these companies have probably seen plenty of success and plenty of failure too and they want to see you win.Now with that said there are plenty of wholesalers in DFW that don't care if you win or not. 

, is enduring extreme pain as a broker and being frustrated by competition that he wishes to eliminate, but can't under existing laws.

Instead of explaining that they haven't planned the work out to that level of detail yet and getting back to you with answers they don't want to admit they can't answer on the spot and respond with frustration because they don't know how to handle the situation and are emotionally immature.

With cold calls being the worst / most frustrating part of it.

Usually, its for flips, but buy and hold is also an option, though we all know how frustrating landlord-tenant laws can be here.

It's frustrating so we're focusing on other things.
