Do you guys have any books or learning ideas on how to learn about DSCR? 

I'm quite new as an investor, but with three books by Biggerpockets authors under my belt and plenty of enthusiasm, I'm ready to keep learning and to connect with like-minded people in my area and beyond.

Here is my favorite (among several others, just as hysterical) part of this case:"...Petitioner’s testimony that neither he nor his son used his personal bedroom,living room, or kitchen for personal reasons strains credibility.

Tools like the BiggerPockets calculator and books like The House Hacking Strategy can guide you further.

I just want to make sure I do everything by the book.

That is the kind of wrap note that would be a miss in my book.

I will check out J Scotts book.

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

With EPIC theme park opening in a few months, this area is seeing bookings pick up, but it is a very competitive and crowded market.

Then the gentleman from Citizens  I was talking to mentioned  they charged the loan off their books.
